实验方案：
1. 小鼠适应性生长后随机分组；
2. 地塞米松作为阳性对照药， LPS滴鼻刺激前半小时和后6小时给药；
3. LPS刺激24小时后处死小鼠，收集肺泡灌洗液和肺；
4. 检测灌洗液细胞因子以及细胞侵润情况；
5. 肺做病理检测；
Brief protocol of LPS induced lung injury
1. After one week acclimation, mice will be randomly divided into several groups;
2. DEX will be used as ref cpd. 3 mpk DEX will be administrated 0.5h prior LPS challenge and 6h post LPS challenge;
3. 24h post LPS challenge, mice will be sacrificed, followed by BAL fluid and lung tissue collection;
4. cytokine and cell infiltration in BALF will be measured accordingly;
5. Lung will be used as Histopathology analysis.
